To the lower centre, a vignette of an open manuscript scroll is set against elaborate guilloche lacework borders in green and lilac. The upper centre carries a circular medallion with a female allegorical figure, and the arms of Bogotá appear at left, all within an ornate frame typical of De La Rue intaglio production. |
