| Obverse description | Bilingual note with text in Swedish on the left and Finnish on the right, separated by a central vignette of the Imperial Russian coat of arms with double-headed eagle beneath a crown, flanked by foliate branches. | Reverse description | The reverse is printed in dark ink on a pale ground and carries trilingual text in Finnish, Swedish, and Russian. A large central oval vignette presents an engraved harbour scene with tall-masted sailing vessels, a quayside, and a rocky shoreline under an open sky.
