Divercity is a role-playing theme park for children, operating in Bogotá and later other Colombian cities, where young visitors take on adult occupations and earn this proprietary currency as wages. The 2000 Divis note is part of the internal monetary system designed to teach basic financial literacy — children spend their earnings at in-park shops and services, creating a closed economic loop.

Not legal tender by any definition, and deliberately so. Its long production window of roughly seven years suggests the first-issue design proved durable enough that a redesign wasn't prioritized.
