| 备注 |
Trinidad and Tobago operated under the British Crown Colony system throughout this issue's lifespan, with currency technically authorized under the Trinidad and Tobago Currency Note Ordinance of 1905. The Government — not a central bank, which didn't exist here until 1964 — was the direct issuing authority, a Colonial Office arrangement common across British Caribbean territories in this period.
De La Rue produced these notes through the war years, which created real logistical complications: German U-boat activity in the Caribbean was intense enough by 1942 that shipping disruptions affected colonial supply chains across the region. Whether replacement stocks were held locally or delayed is not publicly documented for this series specifically.
